When you access the Website this Policy will apply to you. This Policy also applies if you get in touch with us or if we contact you about any of our products or services.

  1. The Personal data we collect

Upon subscribing to our services, you may provide us with:

  • Your personal details, including your name, title, postal and billing addresses, email addresses and phone numbers
  • Your debit or credit card details, bank details and other payment information

  • Your Purchase Information (e.g., what you bought, when and where you bought it and how you paid for it)

Our Website is hosted on servers that utilize Secure Socket Layer (SSL) server software. Although users can submit credit card or other payment card information to pay for our products and services through the Website, we do not receive this information itself. Payment card information is transmitted directly to a third-party payment card processor, Stripe, through an Internet connection secured by industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. Stripe then communicates to us whether your payment has cleared, but does not provide payment card information to us.

The personal data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by companies operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our service providers. If we do this we ensure that your privacy rights are respected in line with this Policy.

Make our products and services available to you

We need to use your personal data so that we can manage your subscription and process your order or cancellation. We will not be able to provide you with our products or services if you do not provide us with this information.

California’s “Shine the Light” law, Civil Code section 1798.83, requires any operator of a website to allow its California customers to request information on how their personal data is disclosed to third parties for the use of direct marketing.

Alternatively, businesses may have in place a policy not to disclose personal information of customers to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes if the customer has exercised an option to opt-out of such information-sharing.
